Bizarre Late Night Incident On Pattaya Beach Leaves Everyone Baffled.

Bizarre late night incident on Pattaya Beach leaves everyone baffled.

A bizarre story now from Pattaya Beach Road which has left Police scratching their heads as they determine the cause of this late night incident. An unknown foreign man was discovered lying unconscious on Pattaya Beach, in front of Soi 13 at the south end of the beach. Next to his body was a tube of pepper spray. There was a distinct smell of alcohol on his breath and when he eventually woke up he complained of acute discomfort in his eyes.

Nobody saw anything or was not prepared to talk and the victim was not in a fit state to speak about the incident. All that Police could do was to send the man to hospital and wait for him to sober-up. We can only theorize that he was attacked on the beach and robbed of everything and was chosen as a target because of his intoxicated state.
