Skype Problems

Featured Replies

more than a week I have problems with skype, I kan recieve good my friend in Belgium but they cannot understand me clear there, I wonder wath's going on.

At my vriends place in Pattaya there is NO problem, I live at Plutaluang I got problems here.

Went to the shop at Pattaya they solved the problem, and this whas good for a few days the it started again.

what to do?????

Contact Skype technical support.

edit: if the problem only appears when using you own ISP; then problem would indicate limited network capacity to send (upload)... Contact your Internet Service Provider.

Possible internet connection issues, if they cant hear you normally upload related.

Also if you can login to the router make sure upnp is enabled.

Go to spye and down load the old version of Skype,,, I for got which one it is but NO problems with it...

Agree with this. Do a local speedtest (e.g. http://speedtest.thaivisa.com/). If the results are as they should be then not having upnp enabled is very likely causing the problem.

Did you try the test call where you record & listen to your own voice? If you're recorded voice has poor quality, this means your upload speed it too slow. It is pretty normal to have a fast download speed & slow upload speed, which means you can hear your friends clearly but they can't hear you.
