No Apple stores here but there are Premium Resellers like iStudio. iBeat and uStore.

There are iStudio stores in Siam Paragon, Digital Gateway (just off the Siam BTS station), Central World, Gaysorn...

Yes, 4th floor. Best way is to go to the 4th floor inside tokyo department store and enter MBK from there(past the tills in the food area). Several shops in that area. Dunno about prices now. I'm writing this on my mini bought from there. Excellent device.
