I'm looking to have a built-in cabinet unit (~ 5 x 2.75 meters) with a murphy wall bed (5ft) built for my condo in BKK. Does anyone have recommendations on a good quality builder and the cost range? I've only found one http://www.wallbedfurnitureshop.asia/. Anyone with experience with them?

Also looking to knock down a bedroom wall and having a slidable wall installed to open up the living room into the bedroom. The wall is fairly thin and not structural (7-8cm).

The wallbed shop is ok, not cheap but they do a good job. They can even knock that wall down for you! They also do kitchens etc.
