Almonds

Asparagus

Avocados

Berries

Bell Peppers

Black Beans

Broccoli

Brussels Sprouts

Butternet Squash

Chicken Breast

Edamame

Eggs

Flaxseed

Garlic

Onions

Spinach

Salmon

Sweet Potatoes

Most of these are available in Thailand at a reasonable price. Some are prohibitively expensive for many to eat often.

Avocados -- often

Bell Peppers -- very often

Broccoli -- often

Chicken Breast -- very often

Eggs -- often

Flaxseed -- daily

Garlic -- daily

Butternet Squash - Thai pumpkin (fatong) instead, occasionally
Chicken Breast - Boneless chicken leg, very frequently

Did I pass?
