Avocados - occasionally, hard to find where I live

Bell Peppers - occasionally

Broccoli - substitute cauliflower, often
Butternet Squash - Thai pumpkin (fatong) instead, occasionally
Chicken Breast - Boneless chicken leg, very frequently
Eggs - often
Garlic - daily
Onions - daily
Spinach - occasionally, hard to find
Salmon - often
Sweet Potatoes - occasionally
Tomatoes - often
