Due to the risk of infection, I would certainly advise against self-administration.

Understood. So you are saying people talking about what they like about these insertions is off limits here? Because I am really curious. I'm wondering if I'm missing something. Like for a long time I wouldn't eat squid tentacles but once I tasted them, they were my favorite part of the squid.

I believe they are readily obtained in most Thai prisons; a penile wart could be a cheaper and less permanent alternative, though I'm not sure where one of those can be obtained either.
