Concrete Tanks For Fish

Featured Replies

Got a few upgrades to do on my pond. I'll post when I'm done. Just got out of jail and have to do a couple of months in rehab. Looks good though.

Ok here is the diagrams for the filter setup. photo won't show all. I apologize for the errors. I am just learning Sketchup and I haven't figured out how to do pipes properly.

One part of the filter I consider very important is the 4 meters of 3 inch pipe that runs from the center bottom of the fish tank and tees up into filter 1.

This is a long level passage where lots of solids will drop out before they even reach the filters. I have a big valve further down which when I crack it open sends anything in that pipe on a 10 meter drop with all of the waste water. An advantage of living on a hill.

I am just testing the pond now, so I have some of my more runty tab tim in there. When I am confident in the tank I will put better stock in it. Still tab tim though.
