Songhua
It's actually w/ this spelling ...กรดในกระเพาะอาหาร = acid in the stomach. Quite likely, but could still be กดในกระเพราะอาหาร - pressing/knotted (pressure) in the stomach?
HeavyDrinker
It's what we call 'colic' in English but 'colic' hasn't been recognised as an ailment in many a year. You just get a lecture from your GP as to how you eat the wrong food and drink too much. I suffer from it regular, especially after pizza or too much pie. Eat a load of fruit (not pineapple though), drink plenty and it should all 'pass' through....

Your กด Is a VERB and describing “a pressing action”, and most times it’s from the external action, so you have to remove ใน Most likely the OP is talking about .กรด here, (of course I could be wrong too)
HeavyDrinker
Doji, he is right. Colic is like someone squeezing your guts. it is 'colic. it's no fun neither. Pray you never get old.
