Thailand Post/ems Superb. Uk Mail/customs/parcelforce?

Sent a package 3kg EMS 2500B from rural Chiang Mai to UK on Tuesday 12th March. In Lamphun Wednesday 13th and in Suvanarbhumi on 13th. In the UK on 14th. Tracked all the way until reaches UK. At GBCVTA Coventry on 14th. Thailand Post says cannot track if the UK does not scan the barcode. Now Disappeared without trace 4 days. Phone Call: Dunno mate. Its been the weekend. Try again in a 'few days'! Every EMS package arrives in 2 days here. Ho Hum!

In United States they even dare to reply me that the parcel hasn't reached the country when these axxholes didn't scan it ! It seems also that sometimes parcels are only scanned when leaving customs.

Not quite so, decent tracking on a Thai Post registered letter from Rangsit to Washington, D.C. Doesn't confirm receipt at the end, but then I didn't pay for "confirmation of receipt," just wanted to make sure it got as far as D.C. I think this ran baht 67 for the registration, on top of the airmail (NOT EMS) postage.

I'm also having trouble with them, Sent a 2k box, arrived in UK 9th of Feb, showing 'local holiday' ! Been in touch with parcel force, says it's in customs. but no one can trace it ! Poor show...

You can usually track it on the PARCELFORCE site not Royal Mail. One for parcels larger etc the other for letters.
