2009 Imac Logic Board Or Graphics Card Failure Help

My 2009 model imac that I bought from emporium is showing symptoms of either a logic board failure or graphics but most probably the latter one. So what options do I have if its already out of warranty and could apple store in bkk repair it with fair prices or should I take it to pantip plaza ?

My 2008 iMac just bit the dust too. Logic board. 7K baht to replace. Did it at Amarin plaza...which according to Apple (site) is one of a few authorized service providers in BKK.
