Looking For Long Term Rental Property In Phrachaup Area

Hi

I am currently working in Langsuan and my wife and I are looking to move into or around Phrachuap, ( not Hua Hin!!) We have a Bangkok apartment but my wifes 2 daughters will stay there whilst finishing university.

We are looking for a small house /bungalow with a garden ( I have inherited/adopted a dog at my university) area is important preferably close to sea not necessarily beach and motorcycle commute to Phrachaup town.

We have made a preliminary visit to Phrachuap to rattle a few old contacts cages and will be there to search again next week.

My Thai wife will do any negotiating so only Thai prices will be considered.( max 10K per month unless its a palace!)
