Lost All But One Channel From Thaicom 5 -- Psi System.

Featured Replies

We have a PSI Dmove Sattelite system which has worked perfectly over the past 11 years.

2 days ago we lost all but one channel from the Thaicom 5 satellite, the main Thai feed into Thailand.

Channel 3 on TP 3V 3803 SP 4551 comes in with a LNB strength of 85% BUT where I had some 15 FTA TV and numerous radio channels programmed CH3 is all I’m receiving.

Double checked all the transponder frequencies with the latest lists to no avail. Tried to add new frequencies - no go.

No problems with PAS8 (Australia network etc.) or other programmed satellites.

Tried all hours of the day so can’t blame signal outages we get during the equinox.

Thank you.
