Does anyone know the way to the lake from the pier of Surat Thani? Where to spend the night there, maybe someone has contacts owner of a house on the lake?

I take its Khao Sok you are looking for? If so you have to go trough Surat and head towards Phuket and its about 30k outside

_{Its the road from Surat to Phuket but more likely signposted Takun, or Phanom , maybe Takua pa or Kho sok I cant remember, you turn right at Takun to head to The lake , there are many raft house of varying qualities there (I used to manage a hotel in kho sok which had bungalows on the lake) not sure about stand alone houses' I doubt it.}
