April 9, 201312 yr I want to rent a sport(?) motorcycle. It might be kawasaky ninja, honda cbr or something like that. I don't need too powerful one. Everywhere I asked it was about 800 baht per day and it was too much expensive for me. Even a car almost costs that much. I know that I could get a discount if would rent for a month or something but still it wasn't what I was looking for. Do you know a place where I can rent that kind of a motorcycle cheaply or cheaper?
April 9, 201312 yr Agree with Anto, 800 is the cheapest deal anywhere. Why not consider a 125cc Wave or similar. Good fun for the Samoeng Loop and to Pai and back.
April 9, 201312 yr A Ninja 250 new is about 160k. A Honda Wave new is about 45k. That's nearly 4 times the price. A Wave will set you back 150-200B a day. You are unlikely to do much damage to it coming off. A Ninja 250 at 800B is about right, you're much more likely to come off it and cause some damage which will be expensive to repair. And if you're not an experienced rider, you may not be around to pay the bill.
