How Strict Is The "no Dog" Rule In Older Condos?

I see that almost every condo, looking around the Suk. area, has a No Dog rule.

Is it strictly enforced, or with a little " gift" to management ignored?

Same with Benjasiri Park?

Thnks.

There isn't much leeway with the no dog rule. Mostly because it would be nearly impossible to hide the dog from the other tenants.

I guess you could have its vocal chords removed. But what about going out on walks? You do walk your dog right? I guess you could put him in a baby stroller and cover him/her with blankets. But then you gotta buy a baby stroller...

Which part of 'No Dogs' are you having problems understanding?

Dogs from Soi Cowboy?... well, that's a matter of negotiation.

For heaven's sake, if you are in a no dog condo then don't bring a dog. If I were your neighbor, I'd raise holy heck until you and/or your dog were evicted. People choose to live in no dog condos for a reason -- they don't want dogs as neighbors!

I used to live in a no dog condo and then I moved to a dog allowed condo and I couldn't stand it for the first few weeks... The neighbors dog would not stop barking.

Ergo the reason for no dogs allowed in a condo...........

Really . Why would someone ask a question like this.

Lets just assume all the posters said yes give the guy a "gift" and youll be ok.

Would you really go ahead and give some numtie security gaurd a few baht and be surprised when your neighbours told you to get the dog the f@$# out ??!!

What would you say ??

I gave the guy some cash so its ok??

Jees .........

I have lived in two large condos in Asoke that allow dogs. There is also one near Soi 31 that has a big sign outside saying "Dogs Allowed".

Even in condos where dogs are allowed, if you're renting, the owner may not allow you to have a dog.

But, bottom line, any condo that has a "No dogs" rule would be very unlikely to allow dogs under any circumstances.
