TOT and I are playing table tennis. MY line is supposed to give 10m, more often than not it drops to say 3 or less, very erratic. Can be during the day or in the evening. NO heavy duty, no downloads, only emails etc. This has been going on for weeks!!

Every time I call BKK , and within 10 minutes a dwarf seems to give full throttle and my speed is 10.

Never for long. They replaced the cable, they argued it´s my wireless Dlink, B.S: we tested the TOT modem against mine, samsame readings. It happens actually now, speed was 3,4 I calll BKK and surprise the next reading is 8,7 . TOTlers have become our most regular, shoulder shrugging visitors

Any other witch craft going on??

3Mb on 10 Mb service, you are very lucky, I have the same service up here in CNX

and I only wish I could get 3Mbs, ,Now the last 3 times it has rained the line has gone

down,

They blame the Router,( as they dont know problem or cannot be bothered), bought

new Router, no improvement.
