I am about to order online a gun (looks like a real) that fires plastic balls.

Is it legal here in Thailand?

Sometimes I have surprises, example, electronic cigarette is officially forbidden...

There may be different types, but I see such guns for sale all over the Khlong Thom area, so have to believe they're legal here.

Are you ordering online and importing them?

That would certainly be an extra layer of difficulty and expense, I would think completely unnecessarily so. . .

Well that does not mean anything...Pornos, and pirated software are illegal in Thailand and sold everywhere.

Whether they are legal or not, they do sell them in Thailand. I would be very careful when using or carrying the such a gun as they do look like the "real" thing. If the BIB happened to see it, they might react, as any law enforcement officer would, as if it was a potential threat, with disastrous results.

I bought one, they are termed air soft guns, legal, BUT do not carry in public or in plain view in your vehicle as the Police may misinterpret and shoot yiu. Thats what local Police told me.

Good for pests etc, fill mine with comp.air from can, like filling a lighter.

They're great for lizards. Really takes good aim all the way across the room. And the cat enjoys them.
