I always use AGODA Thailand /Asia for a perfect service.
June 9, 201312 yr A couple of years back, i "let" the scammers try to talk me into this sort of thing, went along to their hotel meeting for the free "tea and biscuits" did'nt tell them that i lived on Samui for the last 5 years till they had served all the BS. Then they turned decidedly sour.

June 9, 201312 yr Their website has scam written all over it. Think it work out at about Bht14.363 per night for first 10 nights. But then you are tied to it for next ten years or so ! Forget it !

Using the reverse scam - you got free tea and biscuits. :) If every tourist went to their presentations, with "Absolutely" no intention of buying, they would go broke from the cost of tea, biscuits and T-Shirts alone. :)

Lots of lies are told in the sales process of these timeshares, but land ownership is not one of them.
