help: pb of connecting additionnal devices at home (wifi true)

Featured Replies

hello

we have a modem zyxel p 660 hn t1a with a True subscription. we have managed to connect an ipad, a computer and an iphone, as well another pc and a bby. i came back with a new pc and a galaxy note 2, but now impossible to connect these new devices. we have checked on the modem settings if there are any limitations of devices: nothing, and the settings of the modem are correct (we checked with the online help of the True website). we don t manage to contact the True hotline. for information, the new pc and the galaxy note 2 have no pb to connect anywhere on public or shared wifis in bangkok and in other countries. First time we get this.

for the new computer, the error message says ´limited or unextisting connectioń whereas we have a strong signal. same for the galaxy note 2. is there anything with the ip adresses? dns? ipv4 ipv6 ?

we don t understand because the modem seems ok, the devices too and work in other places...

thank you for your help!

Check the size of DHCP address pool. If you power off the older devices, power cycle the router - can you connect the new devices then?
