Rimmer Posted July 19, 2013 Share Posted July 19, 2013 Drunk Driver causes traffic chaos in South Pattaya PATTAYA:--A Thai man, thought to be in his mid-thirties, stopped his vehicle in the middle of the road, applied the hand-brake and fell asleep causing traffic congestion in the South Pattaya section of the Sukhumvit Road for more than 30 minutes.Pattaya Police were called to the scene just after 6.30am and were confronted by a modified Cherokee Jeep covered in stickers and badges including a Highway Police Badge. I wonder if the head of the national police force is aware of this kind of bad press? In a country where loss of face is so important isn't a story like this a loss of face for the police ?
