I complain when I receive bad service so it's only right when I receive good service to spread the word also.

I received an sms telling me I had a water leak problem in my condo two days ago while at work. I had been out of town for about a week before and didn't notice the toilet was running when i got back as I had a very late night flight and left for work early next day. They discovered the problem because they monitor the water charges to look for discrepancies. Usually the bill is under 75 baht per month. For last WEEK of July, my bill had climbed to 600 baht. I owned condos in Los Angeles and they never did this. We only found out when the water from unit above came dripping into the light fixture in my dining room once and the light fixture in the kitchen another time. I think they did a great service; the juristic company providing the services is FPHarrison.
