I am planning to take my parents to Bangkok for a couple of weeks this December. This will be their first trip to Thailand so I would like to show them some of the tourist attractions in the city. Unfortunately both of them have severe arthritis in their knees so although they can slowly move around inside apartment they need to use wheel chair for any longer distances.

I was wondering if there is a company where I could rent two wheel chairs during their stay here. I will also need at least one person to help me during our day trips. Is there a company which provides these services in Bangkok?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions you might have.

I think the easiest is to buy the wheelchairs for about 4000baht each.

There is one van comany I know which provides wheelchair transport. They can assistants too. GIve me a pm if you want to know more as posting would break rules.

Bangkok is not an easy city to navigate with wheelchairs.
