I just moved from Kata to Cherng Talay and applied to have my 3BB/ Triple T blah blah blah transferred and am waiting waiting. I called already and they have the info but no one has come so am wanting to go by a local office, near Laguna ideally but no idea where as the website does not have this info.

Calling 1530 works a lot better than going to their office. The employees there can collect invoices, which is about all they can do.

Inside Lotus in Thalang. Transfer needs 3-4 days. Did it 3 month ago. No problems.

Best 3BB office is in PhuketTown opposite Lotus. The women manager there is top! If you have a problem or want to speed the transfer, go to her and they will do it in 2 days!
