The professor is taking the first year class and they are about to cut up a large dead cow.

He starts by explaining that they should develop two special qualities required in the work and that the first important quality is not be disgusted or worried about anything or any part of the animal.

So saying he tells them that what he does they must do.

He then sticks a finger in the dead cows bum and then holding his hand to his mouth sucks on his finger.

After a good bit of time all the students have managed to get through the ordeal.

The prof' then continues by saying that the next most important thing is 'Close Observation' of what going on.

He then explains to the students that no-one noticed that he stuck his index finger in the cows bum but sucked his middle finger.
