My daughter has recently shown interest in soccer, and I want to teach her some basics. However, I don't have the equipment or a decent patch of grass nearby.

Does anyone know:

1) a place where I can get cheap practice balls (in kids' sizes, specifically 4), dribbling cones, pump, pump needle, etc.?

2) a public playing field located somewhere within a 10-min drive of Najomtien? Preferably one that isn't covered in sandspurs?

I'd prefer teaching her on grass rather than hardcourt for now because I anticipate her falling down. A lot.

Have you never been to BigC? last time I looked they had a ton of different footballs, sports gear. certainly would be the cheapest

I've been there, but never for soccer equipment. I'll check the next time I'm in the area.

They do team practice, camps, all sorts of kids activities. I send my 6 year old their often.

OK, so Big C has soccer balls but not much else. At least I found a pump. Word of warning: Check the pumps if you can to make sure they come with a needle. I noticed several packages that had been opened and the needle removed.
