problem reiuat for ipstar

i am have a problem to do reiuat for the ipstar,

when i do reiuat the error is cannot sync for step 6,

actually what is cause this problem??

i am don't know what to do because i change all part like buc,lnb and idu but the error is the same...

They can walk you through all the issues, from verifying dish alignment, rx/tx operation and confirmation, system setting and system sync.

but what the i think it's must be related to the modem or IDU or buc
probably IDU. it's what i think is not be right or wrong. right...
because this problem we must redo many times reiuat to finished

i can be crazy like this...hahahah =)
