Knee Brace

Hello after a few sessions of muay thai my knee got swollen... so i looking for a knee brace,any tips where i can find those?

Are you looking for some sort of mechanical brace or just an elasticized joint bandage?

The latter would be available in most pharmacies. I saw all sorts on sale at a health fair in Bangkok Phuket Hospital a while back.

Elasticized, Ace bandage type, the one with the hole in the middle for knee cap at sportmart Central, probably Jungceylon too.

Sounds like you kneed to ice after workouts.

I had ACL replacement so after that my knee really badly reacts to training... so trying to figure out best way to not stop training

Might look into ant-inflammatories, although I am not a big fan of the "pill culture".

But you should most definitely be icing regularly. Best of luck. GOM

Sportsworld in Central, down the back near the racquets. They also have in Supercheap in the pharmacy section, much the same price so not worth the trip. Have never seen quality ones in any of the Pharmacies. I cannot recall seeing them in Jungceylon sports shops.
