Popular Post ezzra
Just to share that I have you can make your own soft cheeses like Fromage Blanc, Fromagina and Creme Fraiche by ordering the ready made cutlers cheaply from http://www.cheesemaking.com/SoftCheeseSamplePack.html in the US and have it shipped here at a very modest cost, what you get is fool proof soft and delicious cheese making cultures to make at home by simply heating store bought milk, adding one sachet of the culture and wait for 12-16 hours and viola, you have a fantastic 1 kg cheese made out 4 litter of milk, I have just made the fromage blanc and added some olive oil salt and dill to it and it taste better than any store bought cheese you can buy in Bkk or elsewhere for that matter, that outfit has many other cheese making kits, recipes, ingrediance and equipment for the novice or advance cheese makers, and no, I don' have shares in the company and I don't get a kickback either, I JUST LOVE CHEESE..

No problems with customs so far as the packages are very unassuming and contain very little amount of cultures, however importing a Viola into Thailand is entirely another matter .. :-)

kikoman
Thanks for the information, I may give it a try. Import taxes, I recently received a kit for making summer sausage that was on the large size and was not charged any import taxes.
