Your best bet is to drive around the area you want to live and look for signs. Agents will charge more.

Agree with Inzman...Might also want to buy a Pattaya Mail, or local Pattaya newspaper that caters to farang's. Should give you an idea ...also go to the local market (or Big C, Tops, Tesco) look at bulletin board. Good luck
