Read a few scary blogs about a couple of developments around the middle/beginning of Sukhumvit rd, ie management terrible, buildings in disrepair.

Obviously the price per sqm is much better than new builds. I looked at Waterford Pk Thonglor, many condos in this older development are on the market for yrs, but prices are up by 10% in a year. The building looks solid but is not so well maintained, especially the pool areas.

Will look at JC Tower next, up by the canal (smelly?) and also DS Tower in 33

Any other tips?
