Indian Tourist Visa - Referral Form for Non-Thai Applicant

Featured Replies

I'm in the process of applying for a tourist visa for India. I have filled out the main application form online but have seen that there is also a referral form required for non-Thai applicants.

Can someone explain exactly what that looks like and how I go about getting it?

Thank you

I can't find it. Is it on the last page of the visa application form?

Can I just print the pdf in the previous post and fill in by hand, or must it be filled in on-line, then printed out?

Have just found it. Needs to be printed out, then filled in by hand, and taken along when applying for the visa.

It's on the fees page http://www.indiavisathai.com/?page_id=444

4k Baht plus the 400 Baht reference fee plus 70 Baht embassy fee plus 17 Baht IVS service charge, there's bound to be another plus or two involved too :(

Sorry I'm a bit confused here, are you applying for yourself?

If you are in the UK and applying for a visa for India surely you shouldn't be sending your passport and application to Thailand.

It's a bit sad they charge so much for the visa as otherwise a lot of the UK passengers on airlines such as Jet would stop over for a few days in Delhi or Mumbai.

Having said that I've lost count of the number of passengers I've met over the years en route via Air India who say the immigration and security process in those airports make them vow never to set foot in the subcontinent.
