Agree. Very Interesting. Thailand's Norther Ireland?. There is interesting stuff in "Siam Mapped" about how the boundaries etc. came to be drawn. Generally does not reflect well on Thais or British. Did not get any feeling from the article there was really any solution in sight?

Definately not if the article is accurate in identifying a trend for demanding independence from the Thai State as opposed to some form of autonomy. Plus many other factors such as "follow the money"
