Oh come on, those were taken on any given Tuesday in March!

It was difficult to differentiate those who were dressed for the occasion and those who were in their normal attire.

I don't know about elsewhere in Thailand, but Central Plaza on Samui, is having Halloween week, this week...

I am going to try and get down to see if anything worth while taking a picture of !!
