I just moved to Chiang Mai and I'm looking for a really nice 1 bedroom to rent for 6 months or 1 year (if the deal is better). Budget is 15,000-25,000B.

I'd like a newer building, or at least the room is newly renovated with nice furniture and flat screen TV.

I'd prefer a location near Chiang Mai University/Nimman.

A gym and pool would be great.
