Hiring van and driver

Featured Replies

Looking for a van (and driver) to transport my family from Chiang Mai to Mueang Nan, and return. 3 days, 2 nights in Nan, late-January.

Hopefully, I can find a late-model, well-maintained, comfortable van; a courteous and safe driver; and a very good price!

Recommendations, please.

i use these folks, once or twice a year, for the past few years... it helps that they are right down the street from us and we

can just drop in and talk to the owner...

anyways... very accommodating, safe drivers and modern and safe vehicles. If they are in your budget, i suggest you call them.

BTW..they often have other vehicles available than what they advertise online.

We always find mini-vans and drivers on pantip.com They have many photos of the vans, scans of the drivers credentials, insurance policies, recommendations from past customers, etc. We usually pay 1700 for the day (about 8:00-22:00) a good 14 hours plus about 1000 gas of course. The mini-vans are about 5 years or less, always in top shape, clean and comfortable, drivers are nicely dressed, courteous, don't drive too fast.

I would be interested in a car/van and driver as well -- but pantip.com is Thai language site ?? and previous post has Chiangmaijjtravel ?? no such web site
