They have these in the Korean/Japanese shops where all items are 60 Baht.

The shopping malls that I use (Seacon, Mega & Paradise) have at least one of these shops.

I'm not sure about the quality of the vacuum bags but at only 60 Baht it would be worth buying a few to test them.
