Rice rent land raio

Hi all just wondering whats the average return for people using your lsnd to grow rice . This year we were given 40 x 50kg bags out of their 100 bags and were told that next year they would only give us 30, to which they were told not to worry about coming back and we'll do it ourselves again, as we have done in the past.

Just interested what the going rate around Thailand.

In our area its either 1000 baht per rai or 2 x 50 kg bags per rai.

It has been years since we did that, but as I remember we took a third, but rice was a lot cheaper back then.

Percentage (fractions) hasn't got a price.

I've always heard 30% as the going rate. You were getting 40%.

How many rai? I'm always suspicious of round numbers. 5 tons could be 5 to 8 rai.

30% in our area unless you pay for fertiliser and tractor to prepare land when it becomes 40%.
