has this been started yet?

I went to take Winter Warms to some kids yesterday at their village...donated by friends on FaceBook...I've been doing it since i was a monk for the past three winters.... I'm lucky...i get to receive the smiles first-hand...but the donors also get the merit and enjoy the photos.... (not trying to brag...just giving BG to the story..) without the kindness of the donors I couldn't get to enjoy this...although i do all the running around....its worth it.

Snapped this one yesterday outside a local restaurant.

Just came back from escaping the house after several days of rain. Went out for coffee at a new coffee shop (for me). Good location and led me to take some quickie iPhone 5 images. Location is Chiang Rai.

Excellent. One of the best I've seen from a phone.

Try again...that last post got mucked up a bit..trying to work from my tablet which isn't as easy as from a desktop..

My phone updated automatically to Android 4.3 the other day... so I installed the new Google Photosphere apk which I have been wanting to try out...it is great.

made from this...

on the phone..you can view the 360 same as on the above link... but also switch to a view where you view the 360 by panning and tilting the phone and you get to view the part of the scene which the phone is aiming at..as you turn about...real wierd...

This thread has gotten me interested in HP photos for more than just "happy snaps".

I have a Galaxy S4 and it's got a pretty good camera inside it...for what it can do with

the built in lens. Then I found a link after looking at the Google Photosphere stuff

which led me to the following links I'm posting here. I have just ordered the "Trio Kit"

from the iPro lens System page....seems good to me...with Schneider optics no less.

Here da linx!!!

I hope this also helps somebody....

Thought I would add some phone images. All were taken with an iPhone 4S and used various apps for effects.

These were taken with my trusty iPhone 4. Just upgraded to the 5, camera seems even sharper, looking forward to testing it out properly.

if anyone uses an iPhone 4 or 5 I can thoroughly recommend the Ollo clip fisheye lens pack. Normally it's 3000 baht or so but there's a place next to the True Shop near Paragon that sells them for 790 baht. And my brain has frozen so I can't remember the name of the building... it's opposite from Siam Centre / Siam Discovery. Has an iStudio on the ground floor. Three floors of True bill payments etc. There's a bunch of shops that sell camera gear. It's the first shop on your right as you enter from the BTS level.

You can tell I'm terrible about directions. If anyone needs better directions feel free to PM me.

Here's the Ollo clip fish eye lens in action-
