Might be pushing the proverbial uphill in trying to get a new 3 bedroom place at that amount.... perhaps way outside city limits will get you one. Tough ask IMO

saw such a house in pimuk 1 the other day.. it was advertised in those FB secondhand groups and/or we love chiang mai groups... this is a walking (longish) distance from ruam chok intersection (tesco/lotus, rimping, fresh market, etc)
