Psimbo Posted March 21, 2020 Share Posted March 21, 2020 Re-started Bagdad Central after giving up the first time. My fault for not giving it a chance - its pretty good. Been watching Alaska the last frontier as well. Some bits are interesting but as with a lot of these shows that go on too long its clear that some stuff is contrived. First series was the best. Funny thing is these 'homesteaders' are roughing it 12 miles from town and the main road is just a mile away but you don't see that! First giveaway was seeing electic cables and plyons in this 'remote part of Alaska'. Over use of 'meanwhile x number of miles away', 'terrifying', 'threatening and 'traumatic' and Atz Lee is a complete tube but apart from that its watchable.
