speedo can remain the same

convert ninja bars to Z style costs 1400 baht for top triple tree & clamps + buy a bar of your choice

headlight from ninja will not work but the Z headlight is probably inexpensive

should also buy the Z belly fairing to clean it up

You probably be into it for 10k baht or less total

if you want to do it on a budget get a crashed cbr and get the side fairings from a er6-n plus the headlight of a zoomer-x. little bit plastik to connect the parts , higher handlebars and its done.

i am seeing a cbr2540r in my office parking lot with a naked look.

The guy removed all fairings and just installed a honda cb400 round headlight - or any round headlight can work - , put a upright naked style handlebar and keeping the cbr instrument cluster with some small modifications.

Of course that guy before using teh cbr250r as it is but he made a big accident and damaged the bike a lot so turned his bike to a naked.

does not look good for my taste IMO.
