Thai palate food - healthy inexpensive non street food / massage

Featured Replies

We are young worldly strict budget seniors. Our diet needs management for the 39 days in Chiang Mai. We want Thai veggies, greens pork, fidh and chicken cooked with thai spices and herbs without a lot of fats and oils.

Can we kindly get some recommendations for the North side from Huay Ksew all along the Sripoom side to Worrot market. This where we trek all the time as we stay on Ratchwong road.

Also the other area would be near the Chiang Mai gate. We have never parked there, but this time 2 weeks, close to Wua Lai and a hospital.

We walk to meal spots and around 500 meters is fine

Our massage requirements are simple. The place needs to be clean, quiet, inexpensive, simple, and honest. We have found that regular visits to the same place results in progressive complacency. We need a few in both afore mentioned areas. We need back shoulder head treatments, foot reflexology and oil massages.

Thank you kindly for advice based on your experiences.

Dennis

Finding Thai food with little fats and oil is not easy. That is what makes it taste so good.
