barrelhead
I want to know if there are any high rise office buildings in Chiang Mai with offices for rent? With security guards in the lobby? What price range? Thanks
Maejo Man
Airport Business Park springs to mind if you call four to five floors high rise There are no real dedicated high rise that are 100% business that I can think of other than that. The only high rise in Chiangmai are hotels, Condo blocks, and the odd Hospital.

chanchao
A lot of the residential condominiums also have businesses in them. There's no laws or regulations in Thailand on where you can or cannot set up an office. So a lot of the small to even mid range offices are in residential condominiums or even regular houses. (Where security would be more of an issue.) Also check out Hillside Condominium on Huay Kaew. Finally, keep in mind that security staff is affordable in Thailand. It's not THAT expensive to have someone there 24/7.
