Suthep has been charged with murder and insurrection. He has not been tried or found guilty of either.

Thaksin has been convicted in a court, fled and has never appealed the verdict. He chooses to try to whitewash the conviction and outstanding more serious charges through political intrigue and changing the law to favor himself. He does not try to contest these in court. He has not been charged, yet, with the murders of those slaughtered in the "war" on drugs without any fair trial or the Muslims executed under his watch. The problem with your rant is that I am not on the red side. I am no fan of Thaksin anymore than I am a fan of Suthep. You obviously missed the point, even though unconstitutional and electoral mandate are pretty specific clues to the point I am trying to make. Reform has to be achieved through democratic means, the last time they tried it via undemocratic means hasn't worked out, as evidenced by this whole saga.
