I would like to share with you a solution I have found for dealing with those pathetic Dtac spam messages.

I downloaded a free app from Google Play called Postman sms spam.

What the app does is it has its own folder for incoming messages and by default it recognizes spam from the service provider and doesn't let those messages go to your inbox but instead they are redirected to the apps' spam folder.

You get a silent notification when a spam message arrives and if you decide that a certain sms is not spam you can add the sender to the trusted list anytime.

It works fine for me.

I got another one which does the same.

Now I only have annoying notifications for facebook, email, skype, line, etc etc. I've started switching the bloody thing off.
