DTAC-TRUEMOVE-AIS : is there a service to know when some1 open his telephone ?

I think my GF has got this service, when she tries to phone some1 but his telephone is closed, she then received an sms when his opens the telephone again.

Is there such a service and how can I launch it ?

At AIS (1-2-call) this seems to be a default feature.

Have this as long as I can remember.

Nothing to launch that I am aware of.

Avast Anti theft will do the same thing if installed on a phone if the phone is marked as lost
