Everyone is getting hung up on missile systems, but Iran also deploys plenty of rapid firing anti-aircraft guns - the various Soviet ZSU 23 guns, often in multiple mounts, 2 or even 4 guns, and also 35mm canon. Old fashioned maybe, but also capable of being fired without sophisticated radar signatures which attract countermeasures. They have a high rate of fire and are relatively easy to conceal. A modern hight tech "stealth jet" especially if flying at low or medium height is vulnerable to being damaged or even brought down by their fire.
