I first arrived in Thailand in August on a tourist Visa. Then in September I started a new position with a company that helped me aquire a non-B visa. Not long there-after I started a new position with another company. And a few weeks ago I did a visa run of my own. Now through the aquiring of all of these documents I have given my address on countless documents but I have never filled out "officially" a 90-day address notification form. Now I have just moved, and I am planning on contacting immigration. I wonder (but doubt) if any of these transactions will count as "address notifications" and save me from having to pay the huge fine I am expecting to be hit with. I guess I don't really know what I'm asking for any more than maybe "information" or "advice". As always thanks (khob khun krap) :-).

A 90 day report is only required if you spend 90 or more consecutive days in the country.

It does not sound like you have done that yet.

You only need to do '90 day address reports' if you have been in the country for 90 consecutive days..

Your next 90 day report will be 90 days after you last entered the country, if you leave before then the counter is reset.

If you have failed to report then the fine will probably be 2000 baht,

Actually believe he did spend more than 90 days but was on a 90 day B visa entry from immigration for the bulk of it and is leaving at the end of that 90 day allowed entry. Believe immigration will treat that visa issue as a 90 day report as they do for first extensions of stay so no fine would be due.
