Reckon it'll be a no-brainer. Be especially easy if you are working or retired here in Thailand on a longterm basis. Should explain that in a short cover letter and she should take your passport (not a copy) along if there's an eyeball-to-eyeball interview, with your Thai visa extensions tagged.
