As your wife is now living with you in the UK on her new visa, and providing she can provide evidence of her ties to the UK there should be no problem in obtaining a visa for you both to visit the US.

As she is not a UK Citizen she cannot enter under the Visa Waiver Scheme and she will need to apply for a Non-Immigrant Visa, that necessitates completing a form and being interviewed, where she will need to provide supporting evidence.
